This programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of controlling credit and managing debt in commercial organisations.
You will learn methods of controlling credit, methods of credit checking, examining the use of the courts and debt management agencies in recovering debt and how to collect debt by letter and telephone.

All of our courses are sent out via courier. You will be required to sign for the course on reciept so please ensure you are home. If you are unable to be present when your materials arrive, please make other arrangements with a family member or neighbour who can sign for you.
If you are located within mainland UK you will recieve your parcel from City Link.
If you are an overseas student you will recieve your course material through City Link or an associated division.
