Are you passionate about customers? Keen to deliver an exceptional service? Then this is the course for you.
Customers are critical to every busy and this course aims to provide the underpinning knowledge to provide the very best in customer service. It covers customer care then follows with a specific section on telephone care and finishes with reception skills.
This course is split into bite sized sections to make it easy to fit into modern life. You will also have access to your tutor throughout duration of the course.
As a valued student of Start Learning you will have the facility to use our personal tutor service. At Start Learning we have a friendly team of highly qualified and experienced tutors. A tutor will be allocated to our student for 12 months, starting from when study materials are received. The tutors are contacted via email and are responsible for marking assignments and guiding you through the course to ensure you are ready for your examinations.
There are no entry requirements.
At Start Learning we believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to expand their knowledge and study further. Therefore we do not have strict entry requirements; we take factors such as, experience, enthusiasm, self motivation etc into consideration. Students will be given plenty of resources to help them overcome obstacles. Start Learning tutors will also aid our students and answer queries.
180 hours should be allocated to complete the course.
You can work at your own pace but you must complete the course within the 12 month period.
Customer Relations consists of the following:
Topic 1 - Customer Care
Topic 2 - Customer Care on the Telephone
Topic 3 - Reception skills
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Level 2 NCFE Award certificate of achievement.
NCFE is recognised as an awarding body by the qualification regulators ('regulators') for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The regulators are the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) in England, the Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills (DCELLS) in Wales and the Council for Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) in Northern Ireland. The course is recognised in Scotland by the SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority).
