Topic 2: Understand the legal framework relating to the use of alcohol and young people
Topic 3: Understand why people use alcohol and the consequences of using alcohol
Topic 4: Understand key criminal and health and safety legislation which relate to the workplace
Topic 5: Understand the processes for development and implementation of an effective drug and alcohol policy

Assessment

As you work through this course you are required to complete a series of tutor marked assignments, which you can then send to your tutor for marking. There is no word count for these assignments; however you do have to prove to your tutor that you have fully understood the question asked.
